You have chosen to submit a report anonymously. We will not ask you for any personal identifiable details. We will not be able to offer any direct support or advice about your report and will be limited in the action that can be taken.
We appreciate that for many reasons people may not feel comfortable reporting with their details therefore this online form allows you to report anonymously. Anonymous reports provide statistical information, which is used to inform our proactive and preventative work.
We have an anonymous messaging service which you can use to send us messages and ask us any questions you may have. At the end of this report, you will be asked if you would like to opt in or out of this anonymous messaging tool. Once we have received your report, we would be able to answer your questions and also will be able to provide you with information about support that is available. You will remain completely anonymous – we would not have any of your contact details unless you chose to share them with us at a later stage.
It may be possible for us to investigate your report and for you to remain anonymous during an investigation. If you would like to speak to an investigator to discuss if this would be possible please submit a report with contact details here.
