In most cases, anonymous reports alone will not lead to disciplinary action against an individual, as we must ensure a fair and transparent process in line with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator’s Good Practice Framework.
We appreciate that for many reasons people may not feel comfortable reporting with their details therefore this online form allows you to report anonymously. Anonymous reports provide statistical information, which is used to inform our proactive and preventative work.
