Report

At York St John University, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive community for everyone.

We believe that all forms of bullying, harassment, discrimination, disruptive, violent or harmful behaviour are never acceptable.

If you’ve experienced or witnessed something that made you or someone else feel unsafe, or targeted, we are here to support you.

Our Report and Support platform allows all students, staff, visitors to our campus and members of the public to report something either anonymously or with contact details.

Make a Report

You can choose to make a report anonymously or by providing contact details.

If you choose to submit a report anonymously, you will not be required to provide your name or contact details, but you can opt in to anonymous messaging.  More details are provided when you complete the form. Anonymous reports can help us to identify patterns and take preventative action.

If you choose to submit contact details and you are a member of the university community, an advisor will support you, explain your options, and help you decide what to do next

What happens when your report is submitted

If you leave your details and are a member of the university community, you will be contacted to discuss options and any support you may need.

We understand that you may not feel comfortable raising a concern, maybe because you feel it will make things worse, or you may not be believed. Any disclosures made will be taken seriously and treated sensitively.

There are two ways you can tell us what happened
